If you have received a notification stating that funds have been deducted from your gaming account, this is because your account is in an Inactive or Dormant state.
• Inactive accounts: Have not been accessed for at least 12 months.
• Dormant accounts: Have not been accessed for at least 30 months.
Inactive accounts which still hold funds will have an administration fee of 5€ (or equivalent in other currency) deducted every month until the account is activated again or there is no longer any balance. If the balance is 0€, no fee will be deducted.
If, for example, 0.40€ are left in an account, the only amount taken will be these 0.40€ and no other amount is to be debited.
We will send out an email to your account´s registered email address 30 days before your account becomes inactive, if it holds any funds.
We will also send out an email confirming an account has become inactive (after 12 months) and that a 5€ fee will be deducted every month, as long as the account holds any funds.
A third email will be sent 5 days before your account becomes dormant (30 months without any login) confirming that any remaining funds will be transferred to the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority).
