When you are requested to verify your account you can upload the necessary document(s) through our safe & secure document upload feature by going to My Account > Verification.
As soon as you have selected the right category for the document, you will then be able to upload it onto your account and, once finished, do not forget to press the green ‘Send for verification’ button.
