We will require a copy/screenshot of a bank statement from the account where you requested your withdrawal to, showing your full name, account number and all transactions from the date you requested the withdrawal, to present date.
Please keep in mind that when estimating the withdrawals arrival, take into consideration both the 24 hours processing time from our end, and the payment provider’s processing banking days.
