There can be multiple reasons why a withdrawal is cancelled:
- The deposit has not been wagered fully. In accordance with our T&C, deposits must be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal.
- The withdrawal has been made with an incorrect method. For security reasons, we ask our customers to use the same method when making a withdrawal as used previously when making deposits. This means that you would need to withdraw back to the payment method used when depositing. More information about this can be found in our Terms & Conditions 9.3.
- The withdrawal has been requested to a payment method that is not in your name.
- Verification documents have been requested. If the documents haven’t been received within 72 hours, withdrawals will be cancelled, and the funds will be returned to your gaming account.
- Your account may require to undergo additional security checks.
When a withdrawal is cancelled, you will receive an explanation via your registered e-mail address. If you have any questions, please contact out Customer Support Team.
