The below explains what we require from each type of document:
Identification – We require a government issued form of ID with your photo, such as a Driving Licence, Passport or National ID Card.
Proof of Address – This can be a paper bill, bank statement or a official government document. Your name, home address and the date of issue must be visible. The document needs to be issued within the past 6 months.
Bank Statement – You can access your online banking via a PC and take a screenshot of your bank statement, which shows your name, bank account number, company logo, and the website URL in the same screenshot. Alternatively you can download your monthly bank statement as a PDF and upload that to us, or you can even visit your bank and get a physical bank statement with the needed information. With a physical statement, we would just need a photo showing the entire document clearly.
Credit Card – It’s highly important that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible, i.e. 1234 12XX XXXX 1234 – Please ensure that the digits in between are covered, as well as the CVC/CVV code on the back of the card. Your name and the expiry date must be visible, and the back of the card needs to be signed.
Proof of e-Wallet – Simply take a screenshot that shows your name, username, e-mail address and the URL of the web page.
